The Gabrielle Dress from that bird label is the quintessential party dress for playful birds this season. It has a V neckline that is adjustable, thanks to a concealed hook and eye. The puffed sleeves are also versatile, thanks to the elasticated cuffs (leave them full length or shorten by pushing them up). While it appears cinched at the waist, it's actually elasticated with a double-band design, so it's comfy to wear and the ruffled hem above the knee gives it a nice flare.
