Made from a luxe jersey fabric, it features a boat neckline, and side splits in the high-hip-length hem. Like the name says, it is ruched at the waist on both sides, creating a fitted silhouette. There is plenty of stretch in this style, so it will be comfortable for sitting or standing at a desk all day; and the sleeveless design keeps your arms cool if you wear it by itself, or avoids any bulk if you want to add a blazer.
